My name is Nicole Dal Ferro
I started my yoga journey 15 years ago and am so grateful for all the beauty it has brought into my life. Yoga bloomed into wellness, meditation and overall health, which then rooted into nutrition, mindfulness, and practices to make this journey a permanent, wholesome lifestyle. I have a love for all things creative, and for me I express this through my asana practice, food and writing. Join me on this journey of all things mind and body, and how they work in unison.
